Permitted Use of Dynamic Graphics Trademarks

Dynamic Graphics trademarks identify Dynamic Graphics products and services and gives notice to the world that these products and services belong to Dynamic Graphics. You may make fair and reasonable reference to our trademarks in advertising and promotional materials and in referring to our products and services without our permission, provided you follow the standard trademark usage practices and give proper attribution as described below at ″Proper Attribution of Dynamic Graphics Trademarks.″ Any other reference or use requires written permission from Dynamic Graphics. Please make your request by e-mail to contracts@dgi.com using subject line: ″Permission.″ We will evaluate your request and respond. Dynamic Graphics reserves the right to refuse permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast or publish its copyrighted material.
