The Well Positioning Toolbox for strategic well positioning offers state-of-the-art accuracy. Combined with the 3D Viewer for UNIX or PC laptop systems, EarthVision allows rapid MWD⁄LWD model updates and easy exports to reservoir simulation.

Dynamic Graphics′ geospatial modeling products are an important component to Baker Hughes′s well planning and rigsite processes. Combined with Baker Hughes′s advanced BHA systems, Dynamic Graphics′ geospatial models greatly reduce the uncertainties while drilling complex horizontal wells.

In the well planning phase, it validates wellbore placement relative to the reservoir and acts as an effective communication tool between all levels of participants, drillers, geoscientists, managers, and investors. At the rigsite, it facilitates the real-time decision making process that ultimately allows the Reservoir Navigation Supervisor to optimize placement of the well in the most productive section of the reservoir.
